1) Definitions

5) Payment

5.2. Payments are processed by payment providers (for example: Stripe/PayPal/others). The Operator does not store full payment card details.
5.3. After successful payment, the User receives access to the Product in the manner described on the Website (for example: instantly, by email, through a user account).
6) Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. The Operator provides a money-back guarantee under the terms specified on the Website upon contacting support@stars-healing.com and subject to compliance with the guarantee terms.
7) License and Content Rights
7.1. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the Product.
7.2. Prohibited: copying, distributing, publishing, selling, sharing access with third parties, posting the materials publicly, creating derivative products based on the materials without the Operator’s written permission.
7.3. All rights to the content, brand, texts, audio/video/graphics belong to the Operator or rights holders.
8) Prohibited Conduct
The User undertakes not to:
- disrupt the operation of the Website (hacking, attempts to bypass restrictions, vulnerability scanning);
- use the Website for illegal purposes;
- impersonate another person;
- take actions that violate the rights of the Operator or third parties.
9) Disclaimer
9.1. The Product is provided “as is”.
9.2. The Operator does not guarantee that the Product will lead to specific results for every User, as results depend on individual factors, consistency, and engagement.
9.3. The Product relates to well-being/self-development: the Product is not a medical service and does not replace consultation with a doctor/psychotherapist.
10) Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of decisions made by the User based on the Product materials.
10.2. The Operator’s maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Product.

12) Changes to Terms

13) Governing Law and Disputes
